Beef Jerky Brussels Sprouts with Blue Cheese Recipe
INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 to 3 cups Brussels Sprouts

1 Bag Smokey Sriracha Beef Jerky

2 to 3 Tablespoon of Blue cheese

1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
â
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
â
1/4 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean and trim ends of Brussels Sprouts, then cut lengthwise.
2. Heat Pan and olive oil on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes before adding Sprouts
3. Cook Brussels Sprouts 8 to 10 minutes
4. Add Himalayan Salt
5. Heat toaster oven 400° (meantime)
6. Chop up jerky to bite-size pieces and add to Brussels Sprouts. Sauté for 5 minutes then add 1/4 cup of water, turn heat off.
7. Transfer to an ovensafe dish and bake for 3 to 5 minutes in the preheated oven at 400°
8. Sprinkle with blue cheese before putting in oven
