About Us

Our history began over 50 years ago in Southern California. That was when our family started making the ultimate meat snacks. With a desire to make the highest quality products on the market, we set out on a journey to do just that. We are thrilled about the premium jerky our family produces and are excited to share it with the world. What better place to bring the greatest jerky in the world than the home of people who are as passionate about good jerky as we are: The Pacific Northwest.

Dean and Rachel were married in 2016 and initially lived in New Mexico before moving to Deer Lake, Washington.

Dean has a background in construction and steel stud framing, but wanted to get out of the industry. Rachel, on the other hand, has a history in customer service, and has been a registered nurse for the last seven years. In 2018, they were given the opportunity to start a branch of a beef jerky company called Carnivore Candy PNW.
They began their branch of the business Two-You Northwest, first by distributing products to locally owned stores and also participated in local farmers markets to get their name out into the community. Before repurposing an old garage into their office, they worked out of their home using all the space available to store merchandise and materials.

Today, they have expanded to over 160 locations throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Rachel continues to work as a nurse in Spokane, Washington, while running the business with her husband, Dean.
