Sea Salt and pepper is already a simple, tasty combination. Adding Serrano pepper brings it from "tasty" to amazing. Serrano Black Pepper and Sea Salt has a fantastic taste and just the right amounts of each seasoning. It's hot enough to notice, but has more flavor than burn overall.
Bag I received was not fresh and jerky was dried out and hard
A little peppery and toasty but not deal breakers. Very good.
Flavor is there, a dryer jerky.

It was unfortunately as tough as leather. Had the consistency of a dog treat. Ended up tossing the bag because it was inedible. I love the other ones I tried though! Maybe we just got a bad batch.

Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback. This definitely is a tougher jerky as it only has three ingredients however it shouldn’t have been as bad as leather. This is what we call the “typical beef jerky” on the market. It’s possible that it was a flawed batch as this is the first time I’ve heard such a review. May family and I personally like this one.
