Our history began over 50 years ago in Southern California. That was when our family started making the ultimate meat snacks. With a desire to make the highest quality products on the market, we set out on a journey to do just that. We are thrilled about the premium jerky our family produces and are excited to share it with the world. What better place to bring the greatest jerky in the world than the home of people who are as passionate about good jerky as we are: The Pacific Northwest.

We are so pleased to be working with my family out of Southern California, where I was born and raised. I first moved to Washington in 1992 when the winters were rough. I loved it then and I still love it, even with the mild winters. My wife Rachel and I were married in 2016, decided to make Washington our permanent home in 2017, and together in 2019 we excitedly began our new adventure with Carnivore Candy, here in the Pacific Northwest. With the most delicious beef jerky on the market, our goal is to provide the best quality in our products and the highest customer service.
